Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you directly to provide updates or clarify details.
Please note that we do not ship large or heavy items due to shipping limitations. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Dry pet food packages over 5 lbs
• Cat litter
• Cat trees
• Large bales of small animal bedding
• Frozen product

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we do accept returns. However you as the purchaser will be responsible for any difference in shipping. The original shipping amount will be refunded but any costs greater than that for return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
